Vote Yes To An Idiot!

Sooo... along with more than a few questions referring to frivolous lawsuits and insurance, one of the amendments I will be voting on this year:

Shall the Nevada Constitution be amended to change the provision that prohibits an "idiot or insane person" from voting to refer instead to "a person who has been adjucated mentally incompetent, unless restored to legal capacity..."

I say, "Hell NO!" I don't want idiots voting in Nevada...

...so you'd think we wouldn't be allowed to vote at all...
