Eh, Well, Erm, (Sigh)

I'm having moral issues.

I'm really having a hard time deciding who to vote for.

On the one hand, Kerry kinda agrees with the issues that I care about.

But on the other hand he wants to tax the crap out of me and my husband. (jointly, not separately.)....

We're at the low end of that higher tax bracket.

My husband said it well with, "So, I don't deserve my money because other people weren't as motivated or as disciplined as I am? I have to pay for them because they're lazy?"

And... he really does have a point. He has earned every cent that he's made. He worked very hard for it. And, honestly, with determination and the knowledge, anyone could have done what he did to make his money. No formal education was required.

I don't want any sympathy or anything, obviously, we'll survive. It's just interesting to think that standing up for what I believe in is being seriously scrutinized because I want to go on vacation.

Don't judge me, you'd do the same. :b

I'm just saying, if Kerry gets elected, and he doesn't do ANYTHING that he says and he bumfucks us on the issues, (and not in the "being gay and getting married to bumfuck" kind of way) I'm going to be one seriously pissed off turkey.

Basically, my views are fairly liberal...... but I'm not a socialist either.
