When We Were Kids, Chex Mix Wasn't Out And About All Willy Nilly All Over The City

My friend, C-Otter is silly.

Fuzzy Grey: do you remember when you had to make your own damn chex mix?

C-Otter: and like some pieces would be super mixy and others wouldn't have any stuff on them at all

Fuzzy Grey: totally.

Fuzzy Grey: did the spices come with chex? I don't remember, someone else was always making it.

Fuzzy Grey: someone that wasn't me.

C-Otter: and if you weren't careful you'd end up with a mouth full of mixy part..and your mouth would turn inside out.

Fuzzy Grey: I remember the snoopy commercial for it though.

Fuzzy Grey: Lucy doing a little happy dance for it.

C-Otter: i think eventually they sold the spice mix?

C-Otter: and it was always the perfect cartoon party food.

Fuzzy Grey: so people used to have to make the MIX themselves too???

C-Otter: si

Fuzzy Grey: WOW! that's entirely too much work for chex mix.

C-Otter: welll, i did

Fuzzy Grey: WOW!

C-Otter: but i'm like that.

Fuzzy Grey: totally.

C-Otter: it was quite a project

C-Otter: had to get chex, and pretzles and peanuts or something

C-Otter: then you had to have all the seperate things for the spices

Fuzzy Grey: ya.

C-Otter: yeah....when WE were kids they didn't have chex all mixed up like this. we had to make it by hand....in the snow..... both ways.
